Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes and No. We do not accept returns on personalized items. Once personalized, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for return.Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage. We'll sort it out quickly — either a replacement or a refund.

Where do you ship from?
Orders either ship from Europe or the United States, depending on your location and product availability. This helps reduce shipping time and environmental impact.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can be fairly quick — typically between 4 to 7 days — but in some cases, it may take up to 21 days.
How much does shipping cost?
At the moment, shipping is free! However, this may change overnight, as tariffs and market conditions fluctuate.Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. -
What types of products can I personalize?
Personalizing your products is offered on a variety of items including, mugs and water bottles. Look at the description to see if it mentions “Personalize” on the product page.
Is there an additional cost for personalization?
At the moment, personalizing your product is free! In the near future it will require an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed in the description of the selected item.
Where can I add my initials?
If you add the product to your cart a text field will pop up. Here it says you can enter your initials (water bottle / lunch bag) or name (mug).
Can I see a preview of my personalized item before I order?
No and Yes! There is no preview after you’ve added your initials. However, you can see what it will look like in the image shown on the website!
There is no pop-up to personalize my item what can I do?
When you order for example 10 mugs and you want all of them to be personalized with different names you need to add each mug one by one. Otherwise, no text field will pop up!
Can I make changes to my personalization after placing an order, because I made a typo?
Production starts quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes can only be made if the item has not yet been sent to production. To verify contact me immediately. I recommend double-checking all inputs before confirming your order. Unfortunately, no refunds or replacements are possible for errors made after the item has gone to production.
